    (Please complete this form if you are a regular taxpayer. Thomley can reclaim an extra 28% in tax through the Gift Aid scheme, at no extra co st to you).

Booking procedures

Thomley’s maximum capacity is 60 children, or 30 disabled adults. Without prior booking, visitors may be turned away due to number limitations.

Before visiting Thomley Activity Centre, please:

  • Make all bookings in advance by phone, email or in person, including sessions in the sensory room and/or computer room.
  • Check availability of space before bringing additional visitors.
  • Notify Thomley as soon as possible if coming with fewer visitors than booked, or if needing to cancel. Other people may enjoy those spaces.
  • See ‘Newsletters’ for holiday activities, and ‘Upcoming Events’ for other special events which may interest your family.
